Heat some peanut oil in your pan and add chicken breast filet stripes. Fry the chicken until it's starting to get brown. Then, add about a tablespoon of honey and stir heavily - be careful, don't let the honey burn!
Add 2-3 tablespoons of fresh hacked ginger root, continue to stir. Then, add dried chili powder of your choice (I use red chili). Stir again and add the zucchini cubes. Fry everything a few minutes longer until the zucchinis start to get transparent but don't overcook them!
